Structures are shipped via a trucking agency. Kits are dropped off curbside delivery. Kits come with an easy step by step assembly manual.
Engineered drawings may extend the lead time 3 weeks.
Preparation for Delivery – Kits
- Kits are shipped via freight and dropped off curbside delivery. A truck and trailer must be able to fit to the desired location.
- You may mark the location on your property where the structure can be off loaded. A clear and open access is required for the delivery truck to drop off the structure from the loaded trailer.
- Be sure to check for low hanging tree branches and septic systems that could be in the path of delivery. Branches hanging lower than 12 feet should be trimmed.
- Kits are crated and heat shrink wrapped for protection. All kits are provided with an easy step by step assembly manual.
Preparation for Delivery – Fully Assembled Structures
- Please refer to our Site Prep page for a proper foundation to your structure. Structures over 12 feet wide are not possible to deliver fully assembled due to roadway constraints and would need to be built on site.
